Order Anytime, Save Every Time
Hello, Granddad’s Groceries Family!
As we move into 2026, we are excited to introduce several updates designed to make your shopping experience more convenient and flexible.
Place Your Order (Anytime You Want! No more waiting for an "Order Window")
That's right, folks! The biggest news is that our old monthly "order window" is officially a thing of the past. Forget setting reminders or racing the clock– now, you can place an order for your favorite discount groceries any time you want. Orders are open every day, every month.
New Items Added Every Week
We add new items to our website several times per week. Some items are only available for a few days before they sell-out, so be sure to check back often to be sure you get your favorite deals!
Checkout & Choose Your Pick-up Time
As you place your order, you will continue to select a specific pick-up date and location during the checkout process. After you place your order, most items take about 2 weeks to come from our suppliers, so most pick-up times are at least 2 weeks out.
Parsons Pick-ups: Generally available most Fridays.
Drop Locations: These community pick-ups will continue to occur every 5 to 6 weeks.
Update Your Primary Location
To ensure you receive the most relevant information, we recommend that you update your primary pick-up location in your account settings. While this setting does not prevent you from choosing a different location during checkout, it does customize your experience by:
Updating the dates shown in your account banner.
Tailoring the order reminder notifications you receive to your preferred area.
To change your primary location, you edit your profile (found under Account).
